People park and leave their cars on the street.
All three black cars have been left with the
owners nowhere in sight. People honk
at the cars and drive around them.
The kids wear these split pants without
diapers. When they get the urge to
go they squat and the pants open up.
It's ok to park on the sidewalk here.
